Who is a Corporate Secretary?

Can I be the Corporate Secretary myself?
If you are Singaporean, or a PR, or an EntrePass holder, then yes. However, to be considered fit for the job, you must have all the qualifications of a Corporate Secretary that are listed in our article. Mind that you can’t be both the only director and the Corporate Secretary.
